1.BUNJEE JUMPING


Bunjee jumping is a very striking word to the adventure lovers. In simple understanding, Bunjee is simply is a fall from a high place with a rubber (“bungee”)cord attached both to his or her feet and to the jump site, and, after a period of headfirst free fall, is bounced partway back when the cord rebounds from its maximum stretch. Nepal is also a paradise for Bunjee lovers. Bunjee jump is done just outside of Kathmandu valley . There is a bridge over the Bhotekoshi river from where this sport is carried out. Bridge which is 160 m above is between a gorge and free fall is done below seeing massive Bhotekoshi river.

Many travelers enjoy this adventure sport. To reach this spot, one can go through the Araniko Highway experiencing different culture along the way. Around 3 hours drive from Kathmandu this place is reached. 

2.CANYONING

To those adventure seekers, who seek both thrill and refreshment Canyoning is the best option. Canyoning is also one of the demanded sport in Nepal. Canyoning is simply a sport activity where one descends down a waterfall using different techniques . Slowly coming down of the waterfall though narrow passages of rock which have been contoured by ages of rushing water from the Himalayan snow melts and heavy monsoon rains is just a perfect one day sport anyone would love to get involved in.

3.KAYAKING
Nepal is considered as top adventure destination. Kayaking is one of the most famous and best water based adventure activity of Nepal. Nepal is also a number 1 destination for kayaking and is a paradise for kayakers. 6.RAFTING

The geographical feature of Nepal is diversified. There are plenty of rivers having different uniqueness from one another. Rivers running from the Mountain range is major source of water draining rest part of the country. Supported equally by the topography and geography of Nepal, white water rafting is one of the famous adventure activity to experience a real thrill and challenge. Many rivers have cut sheer-sided valleys thousands of meters deep, creating enormously unstable hillsides. Nepal has many rivers for you to explore: Trishuli River, Seti River Bhote Koshi River, Kali Gandaki River, Marsyandi River, Sun Koshi River, Arun River, Karnali River, Tamur River and many more.

There is a variety of rivers and are classified on the basis of the rapids. Rivers are graded as Grade 1 with flat river, Grade 2 with flat and small bumps, Grade 3 with small rapids, Grade 4 with fast and many rapids and speed of water is also fast, now on wards technical paddling is required, Grade 5 with high rapids and steep drops, sometimes overturning the raft and Grade 6 with rapids from beginning till end, huge volume of fast flowing water and most challenging.


7.ROCK Climbing

Rock climbing is a fascinating sport activity which has come to highlight these days. This os one of the challenging activity sharing amazing experience. Rock climbing is an activity in which participants climb up, down or across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber’s strength, endurance, agility and balance along with mental control. It can be a dangerous sport and knowledge of proper climbing techniques and usage of specialized climbing equipment is crucial for the safe completion of routes. Climber is secured with harness and ropes along with other safety measures to protect from any kind of injury and wounds.

There are few spots where rock climbing can be done in Nepal. Hattiban and Nagarjun are spots within Kathmandu Valley. Outside valley there are rock climbing spots at Bandipur ; one of the most popular, at Nagarkot and Namche Bazzar.


8.SKY DIVING

Sky dive is a new kind of adventure activity introduced in Nepal. Freely falling from a top elevation until certain height and later coming to ground with help of canpoy. In Nepal, skydiving is done from Pokhara and also from Everest region.

Pokhara Skydive will be held at Pame Danda drop zone, west of Phewa Lake where skydivers will leap from a height of 11000-13000 ft from AS 350 B3/B2 Helicopter. With the majestic peaks at your backdrop and the valley of Pokhara sprawling below, you take the leap from the aircraft, free falling for a few seconds, before your canopy opens and land gently on the ground. Your entire jump will be captured on film by the camera flyer.

Everest skydive is held at everest region , dropping off from a AS350 B3 helicopter from the height of 23000ft and landing at Syangboche Airport (12340ft) and at Amadablam Basecamp (15000ft) is undeniably the highest commercial aerial event in the world.


9.ULTRA LIGHT FLIGHT

While coming up looking adventure as something physically hard and requiring certain physical strength, Ultralight flying is a completely different experience.  The flying is done by sitting one a small aircraft . Ultralight is a very light aircraft that has no window and seating for only two persons, including a pilot and a passenger. Powered by engines these aircraft can reach very close to the mountain peaks. Because of the ability to reach to close to the mountains, tourists love the experience of flying on there small machines. Ultralight flight is delightful experience with mountains just in front of one's eyes. Along with mountain, one can also have the view of Pokhara valley and lakes within it.

Duration of the flight varies and depends on the choice of participant. Ultralight flights are operated on a clear day from 11 am on wards till 3 pm.


10.ZIP FLIER
Just like other adventure sport in Nepal, Zip flier is one of the most exciting sport. It's just like a coaster ride but with harness tide on you body and overseeing mountain ranges. Zip flier of Nepal is at Pokhara, which is considered as World's fastest, longest and steepest zip line.  Zipline is a pulley suspended on a cable 5000 feet above sea level and mounted on an incline, you are seated onto a harness and made to zip and slide from the hill to the plains.  At 5400 feet above sea level you will sit into a special harness seat and await your launch. Two guests launch at once, and it is a race to the bottom! 5,4,3, 2, 1 and you’re off, accelerating at speed up to 87 mph on a 1.12 miles long cable . You will see sweeping views of majestic Machhapuchhre, the Annapurna range and the raging Seti River. Your ride concludes with a break-activated landing on the HighGround Triangle in the village of Hyangja.
